Ali and his team completed a loft conversion and first floor refurbishment on my flat. From the outset, Ali was willing to provide advice and made himself available to view the property on several occasions as I worked through if the project was something I would go ahead with.

Throughout the project, Ali continued to make himself available and was extremely responsive to messages and took time and care explaining and answering questions I had.

Ali clearly takes pride in his work and great care to ensure that he meets the needs and hopes of his customer. On several occasions he went above and beyond to find a resolution to tricky situations and showed great patience working through challenges as they arose. Ali was always honest, transparent and upfront throughout the project which I respected and appreciated.

Ali’s team and foreman, Gopi, were always respectful and considerate. Gopi and his team were incredibly hard working and, again, went above and beyond on several occasions.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and his team. It’s been a pleasure working with them.
